There are several reasons why you might wish to have your floor professionally cleaned or repaired, and whether it is for good working practice, for prolonged life of an expensive-to-correct floor, or for cosmetic purposes. Whatever the motive, we have the experience and expertise to make your maintenance procedure a worthwhile activity.
In the modern workplace, as required by the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974), there is a strong onus on the employer to ensure that 
health and safety is maintained throughout the company on all properties and fabrications. According to the HSE, one of the biggest tripping hazards is either poorly maintained floors, or floors that are left slippery after cleaning, or chemical spillage. In the event that an accident occurs, and the employer has not taken appropriate precautions to ensure health and safety is maintained, then they are held liable.
We are exceptionally careful when carrying out a restoration project, and are careful only to use high-quality versions of the right products for the particular job at-hand.
- We use a Flourocarbon Oil or Water Repellent Penetrative Seal for surfaces made of stone, terracotta, sandstone, concrete, grout, brick and all other porous floor surfaces.
- We use Water-based Acrylic Seal for vinyl, rubber, asphalt, terrazzo, linoleum and other semi-porous surfaces.
- We use Water-based Polyurethane and Acrylic Seal for wood, cork and acrylic floors.
All cleaning waste effluent is disposed of in accordance with regional and national regulations including the Enviromental Agency. All chemicals used in the proccess of scrubbing, sealing, or cleaning your floor comes with C.H.I.P. date-sheets
We are able to provide an after-care service, following your sealing procedure, where we can either carefully mop, spray burnish/buff or apply an anti-slip metallised floor polish to protect and prolong the life of the floor. This service is available as often as you require it, whether it is a one-off visit, or at regular weekly or monthly intervals.
