Here at South Wales Cleaning Ltd, we take our obligations to our customers and our staff very seriously. We are committed to Health and Safety and employ the services a fully-qualified ILM and IOSH consultant,
who routinely monitors, reviews and improves our procedures to assess and reduce any potential hazards that may arise in the work place. We are very proud of our 100% track record with no accidents or incidents throughout our company's history.
We are fully insured to work on your premises, with a liability of £10 million, underwritten by XBridge Insurance Ltd. We are comprehensively covered for any eventuality, and for all equipment we use, including all our vehicle fleet, safe use of Reach and Wash water-fed pole cleaning system, for undertaking any abseiling in window cleaning activities, and we make full risk assesments before commencing any work, and mitigate any risk before embarking on any project.
All our policies and procedures are audited annually by the H.S.E. and all staff are highly experienced. All staff undergo rigorous training programmes and regularly attend safety workshops and seminars. We are very proud to have been recognised and rewarded with the prestigious Safe Contractor accreditation award, and also members of our teams have achieved a Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate from the British Institute of Cleaning Science, our industry's professional body
All electrical equipment we use within the business is tested promptly, to ensure its safe and correct operation, as part of a routine and periodic Portable Appliance Test (PAT testing), and we do not ever use an item of kit that we do not consider absolutely safe, otherwise.
